- Nickname: You choose a nickname that is visible to other players in your game room.
- Game Preferences: We store your language selection and game settings when you create or join a room.

- Game Data: Your answers, response times, scores, and game statistics during quiz sessions.
- Technical and Usage Data: We collect information about your device and how you interact with our App, such as device type, operating system, browser type, app version, time spent in the app, and screens visited.
- Device Identifiers: To enable game functionality and advertising, we may process identifiers such as your device's Advertising ID (e.g., IDFA), a locally generated unique ID for game sessions, and your IP address.
4. How We Use Your Information and Our Legal Basis for Processing
We process your information for the following purposes, relying on specific legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- To Provide Game Functionality: To operate multiplayer quiz rooms, track scores, and synchronize game state in real-time.

5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- With Other Players: Your nickname and in-game statistics are visible to other players within the same game room.
- With Service Providers: We share device identifiers and usage data exclusively with Google AdMob to provide and measure advertising services. Your game data is stored using Google Firebase. These partners process data according to their own privacy policies:

By using our App, you consent to this transfer and processing.
7. Your Rights Under GDPR
As a user, you have the following rights regarding your personal data under the GDPR:

8. Data Retention and Security
- Firebase Cloud Firestore: Game data is stored securely in Google Firebase.
- Local Storage: Your device identifier and preferences are stored locally on your device.
- Retention: Game room data is automatically deleted after 24 hours of inactivity. Preferences stored locally remain until you clear your browser data.
9. Children's Privacy
Our App is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately so we can take steps to remove it.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through an in-app notification or other appropriate means and by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
